Hello everyone! I am here due to a problem I have. I’m trying to rearrange the product photos however it’s not clickable. I can only select and delete the file. This issue only happens when I use my computer though, but working on my laptop.
On video it’s look like you are selecting the images like we select the text from the website and click on any image and then try to drag it.
And make sure you are using updated version of your browser. Recommended Brwoser: Google Chrome.
2nd check if your browser extensions related to shopify is causing the problem, for that open the incognito tab and login to your Shopify store then try again to rearrange your images.
