Why can't I receive the 10 digit code to reactivate my store?

I cant receive the 10 digit code to reactivate my store. Also the password reset Email does not arrive in my inbox. The Emailadress is working properly. because i cant log in, im not able to contact the support. What can i do?

i contacted through the Email and received following answer:
