I am unable to reconnect my Facebook Page Shop. I have tried connecting using the setup prompts, but continue getting the error message that my Facebook is owned by another business manager. I’ve gone through my Facebook settings and everything appears to be correct.
The only thing I can think of as a possible problem is if the discontinued Facebook Shop feature is still linked and preventing access?
Grateful for any insight from others who have had a similar problem.
