I have a strange issue. I am using a third party domain from namecheap for my store. All the instructions say to remove you need to go in to Setting > Domain > Click Domain > Remove. However, When I get there I am presented with no such option. Shopify support stopped replying a couple days back. So, I am basically stuck. Any ideas?

I can see that you have connected the third party domain www.domu-dekoracja.com to your Shopify store recently, and are wondering how you can now remove it.
Thanks for providing the screenshots, they’re very helpful for getting a better idea of what is going on. From what you have described, it sounds like you have already tried removing the domain by following the instructions on this help document, is that correct?
It looks like that domain is currently set to be the primary domain on the store - have you tried setting your myshopify.com domain as the primary, and then removing the Namecheap one? It’s possible that it won’t let you delete the domain because it is set to be the primary store domain. Let me know if that helps remove it?
You mentioned that Shopify Support stopped replying a few days back - that does not sound ideal, I am sorry to hear about this. Did they give you any indication that it was being passed on to another team perhaps? If so then having to wait several days would be quite normal, as many of our specialized teams here need time to dig into issues and revert back via email.
