I have two accounts and one I tried to access and did not remember my password. I tried to reset it, but was not receiving the email. Went to chat and found out I entered the wrong email address. Got that corrected and still cannot reset my password. Two days ago, I was told it would be escalated. Checked my emails the past few days and nothing. Went back to chat and was told I needed to wait. Why can I not reset my password. There is too much advanced technology out there for this to take so long.
