Why can't I reset my password due to reCAPTCHA issues?

Hi everyone! The 2 problems below are preventing me from successfully resetting my passwords.

Problem#1 : How to resolve this problem?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fill in forgot-password form with valid email and submit.

  2. After the system redirects to reCAPTCHA challenge page, tick ‘I’m not a robot’

  3. The challenge doesn’t shows up to verify

Problem#2 : If this happens, how should I solve the problem?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fill in forgot-password form with valid email and submit.

  2. After the system redirects to reCAPTCHA challenge page, tick I’m not a robot

  3. When the challenge shows up, click outside its area to close the challenge popup.

  4. Repeat step 1-2

  5. Finish the challenge and submit.
