I am trying to do a run-through of my shipping process and I keep getting an error as in the screenshot attached. This help center keeps running me in circles and NOT answering this urgent problem. I have tried adjusting every possible thing in shipping and I keep getting the same error message. Can someone help me PLEASE.
Hi there! Thank you for the screenshot showing the error message you are seeing. This error message usually occurs for a couple of different reasons. Without being able to review your account through the community forums, I can’t be sure what the cause it but I will provide you a few things to check.
You also mentioned that you were having issues getting live support through the Help Center, I’ll provide the steps for that as well.
For no shipping available at the checkout, a few things to look at are:

Price/order value based shipping rates: Ensure that your shipping rates match up exactly for the values supported.
- Example: Shipping rate 1 requires a order values of $0.00 - $100.00 and Shipping rate 2 requires an order value of $101.00 - $200.00. This means any order between 100.01 and 100.99 will not have any shipping rates available.

Weight based rates: Ensure weights match up like priced based weights above. No gaps between the weight based rates.
- In regard to weight, triple check the weights of your products to ensure the right weight was put in. An overweight/underweight item can cause issues like this at the checkout.

Ensure all locations that you ship from (including drop shipping services like Oberlo, Printful, Printify) have shipping rates. You can check this in your store admin under Settings > Shipping > Manage Rates > Scroll to bottom of the page. All locations that don’t have rates will be shown there.
- If you have multiple shipping profiles on your store without the same shipping rates available across them then the order can’t be completed at the checkout. Double check your shipping profiles (if you have more than one) to ensure they have matching rates available at the checkout.
