Why can't I save changes to my collection names and pictures?

I’m trying to update my collection names and pictures, but I can’t save the changes. What might be the problem?

I’d love to look into the issue you’re encountering with your collections. In order for me to do so, could you please provide more details about what’s preventing you from saving the changes you make? Are you encountering an error message, perhaps? The collection is automatic and gives me error code ”couldn’t save the changes” when i try to do any changes, change the name or picture. I’m having that problem with all of my collections.

I can’t take a screenshot ’cause the text ”couldn’t update collection” just flash in the bottom of screen. And I’m having the problem with iphone app, haven’t tried with computer.

I’m having the same issue. My collection is manual though.

I am having the same issue. I want to update the title & description of some of my collections and I keep receiving the brief message that it could not be saved.

Good to hear that I’m not the only one with the problem. I really would like to know what’s the problem. Can you help us @Summer ?

Problem is in the app! I was able to do updates via website!

This error was a known issue in the Shopify mobile app on iOS devices and the only workaround was to make changes through a mobile browser or a non-iOS device. Fortunately, our development team was just able to fix the issue so changes made in collections should be saved now.
