Why can't I scroll in my editor pane while making store edits?

I am trying to make edits to my store and the editor pane of all my sections is stuck and won’t let me scroll to different parts of the pane to make edits. The scroll bar to the right is just grayed out and won’t let me move. It looks like this:

Any ideas how to fix?

Same problem here. Seems like Shopify has some general issues at the moment.
