While I was viewing your website, I noticed you don’t have a FAQ page. You may want to consider creating one because customers typically have a lot of questions to ask businesses like yours. Questions such as “When can I pick up my cake?” or “How long is the cake good for?” are some examples that customers will bring up. Instead of having to answer each inquiry, you can save time by having the answers to those questions readily available. We have a guide for creating FAQ pages here.
