Why can't I see currency flags on my website header and footer?

Hi, i have a currency selector in the Header and Footer and can’t see the flags anymore since days. I tried to fix it myself but can’t find a solution. I think i remove something from the Codes.

Somebody know the Problem?

The background image is not to be found. That’s why the flags aren’t appearing.
