Why can't I see my customizations in my online store preview?

For my first online store, I’ve selected a free theme to use! I’ve made a few customizations to the theme by adding additional sections, yet when I click to preview my website, I don’t see my customizations.. I only see 1 page from the original theme design.

How can I see my customizations when Previewing?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with your theme, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, were those customizations saved prior to previewing the theme?

If not, this would be expected behaviour. The preview feature has been designed to allow you to review a completed and/or customized theme prior to it being published. It does not act as a tool to be used to preview customizations while actively working on your theme. Due to this, you will want to ensure any customizations are saved prior to previewing your theme. If however, any saved changes to your theme are not being displayed, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to investigate further, as we wouldn’t have access to any account specific information through the Community. They will be able to ensure your theme is functioning as expected.
