Why can't I see product codes in my sales report?

We’re looking to launch our shopify store shortly so we’ve been doing testing and test purchases.

When the purchases come through, when we download the shopify payout report, we can’t see any of the coding or SKU numbers against payments.

We need to be able to code purchases to different teams and so I wondered if anyone knew if there was a way in shopify to get the payment amount and also product coding in the same report?

IE. we’d have a report that essential has the following on the same report

PRODUCT NAME / AMOUNT PAID / PRODUCT CODE

I’ve attached a screenshot here, but basically, you could compare individual SKUs, Product Names, and Net Sales within a given time period.
