Why can't I see search bar text on mobile after theme change?

Hi! After changing my theme, the search bar on laptop seems normal but when i tried on mobile, i can’t see the text when im typing to search for something. Need help on this. Thanks.

.search-bar input[type="text"], .search-bar input[type="search"] {
    color: white;
}
