Hello, Why can’t I see TERMS as an option for payment? In settings-payment all appears fine.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with locating the payment gateways TERMS, to get this resolved. To confirm, is this payment gateway a third-party provider that’s currently available on our list of credit card payment providers? To check, you can head to our Online Payment Gateways and search by your country and/or region.
I also recommend ensuring the payment provider has been successfully activated on the shop. To complete this, you can check out our Configuring Third-Party Payment Providers documentation for those steps. It outlines however:

From the Shopify admin, head into Settings > Payments.

Do one of the following:
- If you have Shopify Payments enabled:
- In the Shopify payments section, click Manage.
- At the bottom of the page, click Switch to a third-party provider, and then click Switch to a third-party provider again to confirm.
- If you don’t have Shopify Payments enabled, then in the Shopify payments section, click See all other providers.
- If Shopify Payments isn’t available in your country, then in the Payment providers section, click Choose a provider.
- If you have Shopify Payments enabled:

Select the provider that you want to use from the list.

Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.

Click Activate.

Click Save.
It’s important to note that you can only have one credit card payment provider enabled at a time. If you already have a provider enabled, then you can change your credit card provider as an alternative.
If after confirming those steps, you’re still not seeing this payment option populate at checkout, I recommend Contacting Support to allow us to investigate further. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
