Why can't I see the customize button on my online store theme?

when i go to online store > themes i dont see the customize button i see manage branding can anyone help me do this?

i dont want to send a collaboration with anyone because it might reveal my personal details but the customize button doesnt show

It is mentioned in the screenshot on the bottom part you need to upgrade your plan to turn on store customization.
