this is so frustrating. me and my cousin started working together on a shopify store. we are on our free trial and want to buy a plan every single time we press one of the plans it always says ‘‘there is a problem loading this page’’. i have used multiple browsers and cleared my cache. i dont know if this is a problem with your guys’ end or mine. please help me. i want to start my plan and make make my store public.

This error that you are seeing usually indicates there is an issue with your domain that needs to be corrected. This will occur if there is no domain set as primary domain for example. It looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.
