I checked several of products but unable to find variant products.

Actually you are using a href tag in code also mention #.
While you click on variant it redirecting to # and your code isn’t run properly.
Which tell me which theme you are using? Your theme JS is not working, you need to hire a developer to check the issues.

I can see that this is a new store, and you’re still working towards your launch day.
Is this your first time selling your work at all or are you moving your business online?
I took a look at your gift card product and was able to reproduce the behaviour you outlined here.
Can you confirm the name of the theme you’re using currently as it was originally downloaded so we can check how you would be able to get support for this theme?
Would you have made any coding changes or added any apps to your theme which may have affected your product page specifically?
If so, you may be able to revert these changes by rolling back your theme’s .liquid files to an earlier version.
