Why can't I select multiple options in my sidebar filter?

I would like to select more than one option but it doesn’t work. I don’t know which part of coding is wrong. It is autoload when I select the option. Anyone can help?

I select s and red it works. However, it doesn’t work when I select s,m and red.

I think the Supply theme does this out of the box which you can use as a reference.
