Why can't I select my desired domain name without numbers?

Thanks for reaching out. I looked into our documentation and it seems that this error can occur when a merchant uses non-English characters in a part of their store settings, eg. address or name. It can also happen if the phone number is not in the appropriate format, as per OpenSRS’ requirement.

I recommend navigating to Settings > Store details to check if there are any non-English characters or special characters. If there are, you can remove them and try to purchase the domain again.
