Why can't I select other countries in my Shopify shipping settings?

Hello, I have a problem. When I put all countries in the shipping settings, I still only have the USA option when ordering. When I delete the USA from the shipping settings,in the order I cannot select any country. What about that? I am starting with SHOPIFY. Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:
