When I create a label or a packing slip, they both display on a browser window (Chrome and Firefox).
But suddenly, the only way I can select the right paper size is by going to “print using system dialog”
I used to be able to print without having to go to the system dialogue
I tried re-installing print drivers for the Rollo and for the Brother printer, but the issue does not go away.
I am attaching a screen grab of the paper sizes that I see. Googling for a solution was not successful. They all request that I reinstall drives.
