Anytime we share the sites link via text. People don’t get it. They’ll receive any images of products we attach. But not the actual link to store. So it basically seems like someone is sending them random pics of products, but nowhere to go find out more info and hopefully to purchase.

Does this happen on all social media channels, or just specific ones?
Most social media channels offer a “debugger” tool that scrapes your store links and generates a fresh preview of them. Here are the tools for Facebook and Twitter:

Hi @Mace69 , I suppose you must shorten your URL link because some link contents will be scanned and removed by the message providers. That is to avoid sending scam links to buyers.
