Why can't I ship to certain locations on my online store?

I AM A BEGINER, TRYING TO SETUP MY STORE, EACH TIME I TRY TO TEST CHECKOUT I GET ‘’ I CANT SHIP TO THE ADRESS LOCATION. HELP PLS

The error message you’re seeing is Shopify’s default error message when no shipping methods are available. This is typically due to an issue in your Shipping and delivery settings.

If you’re using custom shipping rates that you manually entered yourself, make sure the rates are assigned to Shipping zones that you want to ship to. If there is a zone missing a shipping rate, a customer address from that zone will not see any rates at checkout.

If you’re using live carrier rates, the issue could be caused by one of a few issues, including:

  1. Package size - since Shopify only allows you to use one default package size, if that package is oversized, the carrier(s) will not return a rate, even if the weight is ok.
  2. Weight - if the package is over the carrier weight limit, rates won’t be returned.
  3. Carrier service - if you’re using services that aren’t offered in the area where the address is, the rates won’t be returned. For example, if you’re using something like Saturday delivery, but the carrier doesn’t offer that in the region of your test address, it won’t work.

If you are not able to identify the issue through troubleshooting yourself, I would encourage you to reach out to Shopify support who may be able to help you spot the issue.
