Why can't I ship to the US from CJ Dropshipping?

Hello,

I DS from CJ.

I’ve set up ship from CJ , free in the US.

-I’ve tried to checkout, why it says : shipping not available ?

-Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.

-The address is already checked.

-I’ve tried afew products, all the same.

-Does it happen to anyone?

It sounds like there was an error when creating your shipping rates. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to provide an accurate fix without seeing your rates. However, we can provide a few suggestions!

The most likely culprit is your ‘Shipping From’ location within your Shipping Rates. As you’re shipping via the CJ Dropshipping app, you need to ensure your rates are set up to ship from the location ‘CJ Dropshipping.’ You can check this by heading to Settings > Shipping & Delivery > General Profile > Shipping From.

If that doesn’t solve your issue, kindly provide a screenshot of your rates for us to review. Additionally, make sure to review our Shipping Guide to ensure you have set up your rates correctly.

it works for the US, however, I’ve tried to check out in CAnada, it doesn’t work, when my item is $20, minimum purchase is $49 and > to get free shipping, why there is error ? Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.

That’s correct. Your ‘General Profile’ is considered the main profile for your Shipping Settings.
