I HATE that I can’t speak to a real person on Spotify. It’s so aggravating. I’m trying to renew my domain and can’t find any help in the help section. I can’t wait to not use shopify anymore!!!
I had the same issue as you but I figured it out after awhile. Go to ‘Shopify Help Center’ or https://help.shopify.com/en and type in the chat box “Chat with a Support Advisor”.

Since we do not have internal access to any store or account-specific information from the Community forums, we are unable to view the specifics. As specified by @MMast - you can navigate to the Help Center to speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
