Why can’t I submit business verification as a sole proprietor?? I’ve been trying to set up and activate payments but whenever I press the submit button, nothing happens. No “error” or anything. The submit button stays and I stay on the same page

We’re unable to determine why you’re encountering an error when setting up Shopify Payments as we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. However, we’d recommend following our guide on setting up Shopify Payments as well as checking the Shopify Payments eligibility.
