I am in the process of finalizing my shop and finishing the final setups, but when it comes to submitting the form for Shopify Payments - nothing happens. I am not able to submit the form for Shopify Payments (every time, the form is just set back without any kind of error message / confirmation or anything).

Has anyone ever encountered this? This sucks because not getting feedback about what is going wrong seems like a bad practice AND I’ve already paid for the platform and domain and I can’t even finish the basic setup.

I contacted Shopify support and they gave me a list of steps and options to try (like trying the process on different devices, browsers, etc.) but nothing works.

This is such a strange bug and right now support is extremely slow to get back to me. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and what to do about it?

Also, there are no good third party providers available in my country, so I would prefer to go with Shopify Payment aka Stripe.

I’m having the exact same issue right now. After submitting the form I get sent back to the previous page and the form resets.

The same thing is happeng to me for 2 days now. I hope shopify is working on it and will get solved as quickly as possible.
