Why can't I tag products on Instagram and connect Facebook to Shopify?

I posted before but I’m going to post again because I’m having no luck.

All of a sudden, I noticed I am unable to tag products on my Instagram page. I went to my business settings and there was no option to reconnect my products or anything like that. There was no business or commerce option on Instagram that I could see. When I go to products, it says they are connected but I can’t see anything.

The other problem is that my Facebook shop is working and connected but not through Shopify. When I try to reconnect through Shopify, errors come up.

Someone please help me because I’m getting so frustrated and there doesn’t seem to be any solution from Facebook, Instagram, or Shopify.

I think this may help you

Make sure that your account has been approved for Instagram Shopping. Make sure that you have set up the Tagging option in your Professional Account. Lastly, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Instagram app. You can tag your existing posts after you post them too.
