Why can't I terminate my online store despite correct password?

I tried terminating my store, but it doesnt work.

It asks for a password that i put and it doesnt let me, i changed the password already and when i put it it says its the rong one, a have 3 passwords for everything i own, and it says none of then are correct, and when i change password it still says its not the correct one, what so i do???

Sometimes this error message comes up if there is a typo or if the caps lock key is on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
