For some reason my account will not let me update my payment information?? It keeps saying I put in wrong info which is very odd then once I contact over 20 DIFFERENT emails 10 different chats NO ONE CAN HELP..So not only am I’m out of money they’re not trying to even give me a chance to prove my authenticity I even said I can provide a bank statements CLEARLY showing my real name and last four of the ending back no account number , social security, llc form anything to show them this is not FRAUD!!! Never dealt with unprofessional company that wants to keep your money and not give you a chance to authenticate
