Why can't I update my payments bank account?

I am having an issue changing my payments bank account. It says my old account doesnt match, and yes it does. I saw in previous posts of similar problems it could be a cache issue so I tried a different browser and the app and still nothing. Please help!

You will need to log in, select your shop, search a topic, then click “Continue” at the bottom of the page to find contact options. Our Support Team will connect you with the right team, who can change your banking information after collecting some information from you.

Hi there, we facing the same problem too and when connected to your support team and they couldn’t provide with an immediate solution but to put us on hold and told us to lookout for email for advise.
Please advise how do we resolve this and what’s the cause to this glitch?
