Why can't I upload a logo to my theme site?

Hi,

I had a Shopify shop created for me and I am unable to upload a logo on my themed site. In the header section, there is no place to upload/edit the header/logo field. This has halted the process of opening my business to the public. Any feedback or help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Before I can truly determine what may be the cause here, or how to fix it up, I just need to gather some additional information from you:

  • Can you tell me the name of the theme that you’re using in your store? This logo upload issue is likely theme related.
  • Are you still in contact with the person that originally was helping you build your store?

I’ll keep my eyes peeled for your reply! Once I know what theme you’re using, I should be able to provide some theme specific next steps for you.

I uplaoded a envato elements theme and tried to set up my store. I can almost do all the edits to the store but I cannot upload the logo. Please help me in this
