Each time I try to upload documents for identity verification, it doesn’t get uploaded and a red pop up appears.
If I try to upload a passport scan OR driver’s license scan, I get this message:
“Additional document front file upload can’t be blank”
I have tried 10 plus times and I keep getting the red pop up
How can I upload these documents?
