Are you receiving a specific error message when you try and upload images and videos to your store? If so, what does this error message say?
Please also refer to our uploading images page on the Shopify Help Center which outlines some restrictions you must adhere to when adding digital media to your store.
The error text is (there was an issue uploading in media.try again later) in addition, I can not upload my photo to any part of the shop.
