Why can't I upload images to my collections and pages?

Hello,

I’am trying to add pictures to my collections and other pages. But i always get an error. I follow the guide on MBs size, scale the image to the size shopify wants, JPG, JPEG, PNG and nothing is working, I use CANVA also to make the logos, which shouldn’t matter. I have also logged off and back on, still the same issue. I even tried uploading the image through my phone.

Any advise?

I’m glad to hear that you’ve been referring to our guide on uploading product images and I appreciate you sharing the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried.

According to our guide, your image can be any size up to 4472 x 4472 px, or 20 megapixels. Product and collection images need to have a file size smaller than 20 MB to be added to Shopify. Since you’ve indicated that your image meets these requirements, it sounds like there may be another issue at hand.

What kind of error message are you receiving when trying to add a product or collection image? If you can share a screenshot of the error message, that would also help.
