Why can't I upload pictures on my website?

I’m unable to upload any pictures, it’s not processing, just I can add and when trying to save it stays on 0% processing and it happens since yesterday

Where in your store are you trying to upload the images? We’ve got a guide on this page for uploading images that I recommend going over to ensure the files are supported on our platform. There are specific image formats you can upload and there is a file size limit that you can check out in the guide.

If you find that your images are supported but they’re not uploading, I recommend going through local troubleshooting steps as the issue you’re encountering may be a local issue. Feel free to go through the following steps, then try to upload them after each step to see if any of these resolve the problem.

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing the error, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Try the Shopify Mobile app
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
