Why can't I upload product images from my desktop?

Hello

I can’t add product image from my desktop computer. I can do it over the phone.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adding product images to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you seeing an error when attempting to add a product image to the shop?

If so, I would recommend checking out our Adding and Updating Products documentation for steps on how to successfully complete this. We also have a great Adding Products Video that touches on these steps, making it as simple as possible.

To add product images however, you can:

  • Head to Products > Add Products.

  • From the Products page, click Add product.

  • Enter a title for your product, along with additional details.

  • Add images, by selecting Add Media.

  • Click Save.
