Hi, I would like to upload variants with a csv, but having following the template and instructions, I can’t seem to get it to work properly. It only shows the first item as the only option, and ignores the rest. What am I doing wrong here? I’ve attached a screenshot.

It does look like the product is set up correctly; however, you do have an empty line between products which will cause issues with importing the data. I’d start by removing any empty lines and trying again. If that does not work, you will get an email after importing the CSV file that indicates the errors found within the file. If you can supply the errors, along with the CSV file then I’d be happy to take a look.

Those empty lines are actually a result of the product having several variant images further down the sheet. I did end up filling those lines out, but the csv export ended up coming back with a whole bunch of indicators about how the lines are blank, which made no sense because I actually filled in more lines. I’m not sure why it’s doing that.
The handle column will still be required for additional images as the system will not know which product the images are connected to without the handle. Images URL’s will need to be placed in the “Image source” column, and not the “variant image” column. Additional images can only be added as product images, and not variant images as variants can only hold one image. Our help document here provides further information on how to add additional images to your products should you need it. If you’re still having trouble after that, then I will need to look at the CSV file in order to determine where the issue is.
