I’m no longer able to use Shopify payments after I requested capital, I was told that my store was at risk for disputes which I’ve never had one since my store has been open. I called Shopify support and was told they cannot do anything for me and that I would have to wait for risk management to email me back with any questions that I had. Whenever I email risk management my questions are never answered and I am sent the same general email over and over again which is very disappointing.
It’s very disappointing to see that I’m not able to use what Shopify has to offer ,when I know several of people personally that have the same store as me that are still able to use Shopify payments shop pay in able to receive capital
