Could you confirm if the domain you’re working with here has previously been added to an existing Shopify store?
If you can share an image of the error you’re seeing when trying to add that domain with us here, that may help us to understand the situation better.
You mentioned here that you are fully verified, are you referring to having verified your ownership of this domain if it was previously attached to another store?
I am having this same issue, how can I contact someone to fix this? I spent hours on a chat with support and it was no help…
