Whenever a customer uploads a photo for me to either place on a shirt or tumbler, I am unable to view it. Please help

Are you using any third-party apps to allow customers to upload their photo to an order? Has your theme code been edited to customize to allow the photo upload? I understand that this is an important requirement for your business as you use the photos to place on shirts and tumblers.
To gather a bit more context, when did the issue first start? Is there an error message that appears or a broken image icon when customers upload their photos?
Also, are there any photo sizing requirements when customers upload a photo? If you are using a third-party app please let us know which app you are using and if there have been any recent changes made to your store.

Thank you for sharing the app you’re currently using. As @Dbuglabpvtltd has mentioned you may need to contact the third-party app developer directly. The reason I suggest this is that the error occurs when customers upload their photo or file through the upload link that’s generated by the third-party app.
Third-party apps are designed and developed by third-party app developers. The app developers will be in the best position to answer any inquiries regarding how an app functions and performs with other apps. To receive support for an app, you can navigate to the app page and select Get Support under the Support option.
