I have been trying to pay my bill but am unable to view the detailed shipping charges. Every time I click to do so it brings me to a “404 not found” page. I am not sure if it is because of permissions, considering I dont see the option to manage permissions for the owner. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I am not sure why you would be seeing a 404 error when trying to view your bill details. If you are signed in as the account owner then you should have full access to everything in the admin.
I do know that Canada Post is experiencing some issues and that is affecting shipping labels in the admin. I don’t believe it would be related to that, but it might be.
I recommend doing a full browser cache and cookie clear and to attempt to access those details on another device or browser as well. If the issue hasn’t been resolved please contact our live support team for further help and troubleshooting.
