When I try to use the Shopify app and select an order after going to the view all option it’s not pulling up my order. Instead it selects it and I only have limited option. I just installed the app. Is this user error, or is there a bug in the app?
It’s the regular Shopify app. My phone works fine, but when I try to check the details of an open order on my IPad, after selecting ‘View All’, it won’t open the order, it’ll just select it without showing the order details.

If you have issues with a purchased app, you have to contact app developers. They will audit your store and app and will let you know if there are problems with their app or maybe there is another Shopify app on your store that causes issues due to incompatibility with this app or with your store.
