Why can't my company's payout be processed by the bank?

My company received a message that the payout couldn’t be deposited b/c our bank is unable to process it. We contacted our bank, and they reported there has been no changes on their side and they believe the problem resides with Shopify’s bank. They will continue to investigate, but asked that you look into the matter as well. We have had our store with Shopify for a few years now.

My finance manager would like to speak to someone directly. Do you have a number she can call?

Given that you guys reached out to your bank and they stated that nothing was wrong on their end, were you able to click on “retry payout” on the admin? You can checkout this page for more information on this process.
