Why can't my customer make a credit card payment?

Hello, I have a customer who is indicating to me that she is unable to pay with credit card. When she goes to her cart, and tries to click on credit, it won’t let her. A grey circle with a line through it appears.

Does anyone know what this means? She’s in a country that I ship to all the time, so that isn’t the issue!

I understand you are hearing of an issue whereby a customer of yours cannot select a payment type at checkout, in this case being a credit card, is that right?

Do you have a screenshot of this perhaps? Or can you share your store so I can take an example of this to test? Can you tell me as well what country they are ordering from just to be sure?

Just so we are clear on the process that should be happening here for your customer, they add items to their cart, click the cart and then proceed to enter their payment details. However, when they go to do so, at the payment screen they are unable to enter their credit card details.

Do you have any rules for blocking customers from certain locales?
