After adding an user, the user of my master user can’t see the finance tab anymore of the shop

- Can you walk me through the steps you took to add a new staff account to your shop?
- Are you the account owner of this store?
- Which country is your business located in?
The areas of the Shopify admin that are available to each staff account depends on the permissions set up for each account. In this case, it sounds like while you were updating your staff accounts something may have happened with your staff permissions. This guide can help you update your staff permissions to ensure each staff account has access to what they need and are prevented from accessing areas they don’t need. You can also learn more about staff permissions in general here.
The ‘Finances’ tab is also only shown to merchants in the U.S. so if your business is not located in the U.S., this is another reason why that tab may be missing for you. If this is the case, please let me know what information you were looking for in the ‘Finances’ tab and I may be able to suggest some alternative options to find it.
