Good morning everyone.
We are struggling to get one of our affiliates being able to access their Collab Dashboard. They are signed up, earing commission etc etc. But when trying to access the dashboard they keep getting
“Keep an eye on your inbox, We’ll send you an email with more details when Shopify Collabs is ready for you”
I have checked all emails match etc but they still can not get on there!
Any help would be appreciated.

There our team will be able to help sort this out for the creator to access their dashboard.
