I have set up my delivery parameters, other customers have been able to check out and a customer on the same street gets a message that the items don’t ship to address.
I have increased my delivery radius which is well with in range of the customers address, even adjusted inventory counts but she can’t seem to check out.
I understand you have a customer who isn’t able to choose shipping for their products and can’t move forward at checkout.
Is the customer using an APO/FPO or PO Box, and what shipping carrier are you using to ship your products? I ask because DHL Express and UPS aren’t able to ship to these kinds of boxes. This is a limitation when shipping to an address, and when shipping from an address.
Are you using Shopify Shipping to calculate your shipping rates at checkout, or are you using your own carrier account to calculate shipping rates? Shopify Shipping allows you to use Shopify’s carrier accounts, which provides you with displaying calculated shipping rates at checkout, reduced shipping costs, and printing shipping labels directly from your admin.
