Hello so i had a customer message me today saying they couldn’t get some items shipped to their address. Wanting to know what has gone wrong thanks

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I can certainly understand the impact of shipping errors and would be happy to provide some assistance. I recommend checking out a few troubleshooting steps below to help try to resolve the issue:
- Ensure the products located in the customers abandoned checkout are included within your shipping (i.e Shipping Profile).
- Confirm the Shipping From location has the product(s) stocked there and is listed within the Shipping Profile.
- Confirm you are currently shipping to the country this customer is looking to order from and all shipping rates have correct conditions if applicable. For example, if the order is below $100 there will need to be a rate available that accounts for this (i.e 0 - $99 = Free shipping).

If after attempting those troubleshooting steps outlined above, you’re still experiencing that error please follow up with Support as they will be able to investigate further.
